This screen is very simple. You see the items you can buy or sell. The amount you own of them, the amount available and the price. You just need to enter the amount in the last columns that you want to buy or sell, and then press the corresponding button at the bottom of the page. The items are bought/sold immediatly.

If there are 0/0 Artefacts of a kind available it means there are not enough players in the game for creating such an Artefact. The amount of Artefacts available depends on the number of players.
