SuperAdmin originally started Harbinger with an open Beta phase. Because he believed that there was no enough progress between in the game-code between new rounds, he always stated new Beta 1 rounds. When the code was handed over to Mini Admin he decided to go to Alpha state, because there were at the beginning still some severe bugs and because it allowed him to make significant changes of the code also during a current round.
