What is an Intelligence Report ?
The Intelligence Report (also called "IR") is a report that gives you critical informations about a player's profile.
The IR of a player displays the following informations :
- the levels of all his researches.
- the details of the race that he chose.

How do I display the Intelligence Report of a player ?
To be able to get the IR of someone, your level of Sensors must be higher than his by 6 (at least).
That condition must be respected each time you want to see his IR. That means that you can "loose" his IR if he increased his Sensors so that the difference is less than 6.
