Forum and Game Rules

1. The player called 'Louzbec', will never win this game!!
2. There is no legitimate claim for a player account.
3. You have to follow the orders of the admins and moderators.
4. Multi Accounts (MA) and cheating are forbidden and may lead to immediate deletion of all involved accounts.
5. If you find a bug, you have to report it immediately to the admin, either by pm or in the forum. Abusing of a known bug may lead to an immediate deletion of the account.
6. Account Sitting (AS) is forbidden and may lead to an immediate deletion of the account. If you cannot play for some days, please use the Vacation Mode.
7. Using proxy server systems to hide the true IP is forbidden, because this could be abused for MA and AS!
8. Using scripts or bots is considered cheating and therefore forbidden and may lead to an immediate deletion of the account.
9. Players who offend other players or members of the developing team, may also be deleted.
10. Players who hack accounts of other players, will be banned from the game.

1. Content

The author reserves the right to not be responsible for the functionality, topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the game provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any content provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected.
Parts of the game or the complete content including all information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by the author without any notice in advance.

2. Referrals and links

The author is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from 'harbinger.gs' − unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the users from visiting those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable. Furthermore the author is not liable for any postings or messages published by users on the discussion board (forum) provided on 'harbinger.gs'.

The author intended not to use any copyrighted material for the publication or, if not possible, to indicate the copyright of the respective object, except the use of pictures from Digital Blasphemy for which he holds a license.

The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished.
