In this screen you can see the news events that happen in your empire. The first message you will see is the welcome message from Harbinger. In the future there will occur new events. Here are some: you colonised a free planet, you conquered an occupied planet or when an enemy send a fleet to one of your planets you will see an incoming warning.
Important note: In case you got an incoming message, the time displayed in the 'Time' column is the arrival time of the enemy's fleet. At the moment all times given are in GMT, so don't forget to calculate your correct local time.
